To create a box that feels truly like you, we’ll send a brief questionnaire after you checkout.
Here’s a preview of the preferences we ask you—

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong product, we will organise the correct item to be sent to you or the exchange of an incorrect item as soon as possible.

Step 1. We Curate Your Box
After you sign up, tell us a little about yourself in the questionnaire we send to your e-mail.
We then consider this information to personalise your box. Premium self care meets literature.
Step 2. Select Your Book
To make sure we don't send you a book you have already read, we reveal your shortlist of about 5 books.
We surprise you with a title from your final list or if you are keen to read one in particular you can choose that one.
Step 3. On the Way
Put your kettle on, grab your blanket. It's on it's way.

We will send you a shortlist of approximately five books.
This avoids us sending a book you already own and allows you to choose the 'Kose Book of the Month' if you wish to take part in community discussions.
If you forget to respond, we will send you one that best matches your book preferences listed in your questionnaire.

Not at all! We carefully track what we’ve sent you before. Every box brings new surprises, every month.

After signing up, we’ll send you a quick, fun questionnaire to understand your tastes. You only have to complete this once. However if you need to update your preferences for any reason (e.g. food allergies) you can do this at any time. This helps us tailor your box.

Yes. Your tastes can change, and we’ll happily update your preferences before your next delivery to make sure every box is to your taste.

Kose month-to-month memberships are fully flexible. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
You are only charged the week before your delivery is due.
There is no "minimum" number of boxes for the month-to-month membership.
Kose prepaid 3 month and 6 month memberships cannot be cancelled prior to the completion of the term, however you may cancel after the prepaid period is over. You may also skip your delivery 3 times. E.g. Your 3 month membership can take 6 months to complete if you skip 3 times. The 6 month prepaid would take 9 months.

Boxes are shipped in the first week of each month, except for your first box which is shipped as soon as we receive your questionnaire.

We take dietary needs seriously. Our questionnaire includes options to tell us your preferences or restrictions, and we will curate your box accordingly.

We are in the midst of setting up out Kose Book Club to launch in mid 2026.
As part of the Kose Book Club there will be a Book of the Month. You have the option of including this book in your Kose box.
