To create a box that feels truly like them, we’ll send a brief questionnaire from our concierge team.
Here’s a preview of the preferences we ask—

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong product, we will organise the correct item to be sent to you or the exchange of an incorrect item as soon as possible.
How it Works
Step 1. Questionnaire
We send them a questionnaire to their e-mail in a gift message from you.
We then consider this information to personalise their box. Premium self care, lifestyle products, treats and literature.
Step 2. Book Selection
To make sure we don't send a book they have already read, we reveal their shortlist of about 5 books following their questionnaire response.
We surprise them with a title from their final shortlist or if they like a particular book from the list, we're happy to package that one.
Step 3. On the Way
Put your kettle on, grab your blanket. It's on it's way.

We will send them a shortlist of approximately five books.
This avoids us sending a book they already own and allows them to choose the 'Kose Book of the Month' if they wish to take part in community discussions.
If they forget to respond, we will send one that best matches their book preferences listed in their questionnaire.

Boxes are shipped as soon the questionnaire and book selection is complete.
However if you want to delay the gift itself to a special date you can include that in the 'Scheduled Delivery' section above. We will delay the initital gift message and questionnaire.
