To create a box that feels truly like you, we’ll send a brief questionnaire after checkout.
Here’s a preview of the preferences we ask you—

- Indulgent treats you prefer, sweet, savoury, both

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you’ve received the wrong product, we will organise the correct item to be sent to you or the exchange of an incorrect item as soon as possible.

After you sign up, tell us a little about yourself in the link to the questionnaire we send to your e-mail.
We then consider this information to personalise your box box— premium self care meets literature.
Step 2. Select Your Book
To make sure we don't send you a book you have already read, we reveal your shortlist of about 5 books a week before dispatch.
Let us know if we need to take any off the list and we surprise you with one from the final list.
Step 3. On the Way
Put your kettle on, grab your throw. It's on it's way.

We will send you a shortlist of five books you can choose before your delivery.
This avoids us sending a book you already own and allows you to choose the 'Kose Book of the Month' if you wish to take part in community discussions.
If you forget, we will send you one that best matches your book preference sin your questionnaire.

Not at all! We carefully track what we’ve sent you before. Every box brings new surprises, thoughtfully selected just for you, guided by your preferences.

After signing up, we’ll send you a quick, fun questionnaire to understand your tastes. You only have to complete this once. However if you need to update your preferences for any reason (e.g. food allergies, prefer coffee) you can do this at any time. This helps us tailor your box.

Yes. Your tastes can change, and we’ll happily update your preferences before your next delivery to make sure every box is to your taste.

Kose memberships are fully flexible — pause, skip, switch frequencies, or cancel anytime.
You are charged right before the shipment of your next box (if you have not cancelled or skipped).
There is no "minimum" number of boxes for the seasonal or monthly plans.

As part of the Kose Book Club there will be a Book of the Month. You have the option of including this book in your Kose box.
